Default Precedent OBC troublshoot help....

I have a 2007 48v (4-12v) Precedent. I put new Trojans in a month ago and ran it a bit. Hooked up the charger and heard the click, but the need didn't move.

2 Question -

1) What the voltage drop cut-off for the charger to no longer come on?

2) How do I check the OBC on the precedent since there is no fuse like the DS carts. What's the jump procedure to over ride the OBC?

I tried to charge each battery individually with my digital battery charger but they are showing full. 2 batteries show 13.something and 2 show 12.69. This is a new to me cart and I bought it with dead batteries so the state of the OBC is unknown right now.

Thanks as always for the help!

Also - Charger does work. Tested on another cart and operated properly.

You put new batteries in a month ago and just now you are trying to charge them? They should have been put on charge as soon as you put them in and any time you are not driving the cart. Hopefully you have not ruined your batteries. Measure the voltage of the pack, and of each battery then post results. You will be surprised how much these guys on here can tell you with that information.

Disregard......I found a thread that explained disconnecting the batteries for a period of time does the same task as an OBC reset. Charger came on and everything is Ops normal.

I could do without the scolding though. You don't know my situation and if you did you would retract your statements. No harm, no foul......all is well.
