Default Interstate Batteries, any reviews?

I am searching for Batteries for my 2003 CC series 48 volt.
Has anyone tried interstate? I believe they are the same as US Batteries.
Thanks for any input

Sorry, but when you say "Breaking them in", what are you referring to?
Also, when I change them out, do I have to reset the OBC?

lead acid batteries need to be broke in properly in order to achieve their full potential. go to cartsunlimited.net and read everything you can about batteries. I've had a set of Interstates for 3 months now they seem to be working just fine

Not sure which Interstates you are looking at but some of their new ones are made in Mexico. Not saying that means it is bad but just wanted to make you aware. If they are, I think there is a sticker on them stating that.

i have interstates in my cart they last about 15 miles in hilly driving at 18-25mph with 2-4 adults. mine are about 1.5 years old and still take a full charge. i have a 48v 1999 club car lifted on 20x10/10 turf savors. needless to say i like them. not bad. they where 6mo old in my cart when i bought it.

Just got in, it's running 25 mph on flat and 30 down hill. pulls the same hill at 21.
The batteries are bulged on all 4 sides and start boiling at 11 amps (2008 exides). Hoping the new ones will give me a little more and not have to be so aggressive on the alltrax programming. Also running a 6" lift with 22's, D&D ES-58 and 500 amp alltrax. All cables are #4 welding wire soldered.
