Dirtpit you posted it in a "seatbelts for rear seats" thread in on-road golf carts...but your link to photobucket works. These converters can be different as we normally assume yellow is "switched" and your picture really helped clear that issue. If you hooked it up incorrectly it may have blown since it still doesn't work. I hope that is not the case.

I haven't fooled with it since I found the wiring information. Will hit it hard after work today. Thanks for all your replies. I know it's difficult if not impossible to help without the right information.
I'm going to try to get the camo on and front and rear racks built this weekend. Should have some pics on Sunday. I can tell already it will always be a work in progress.
