Villager LX will not charge
I'm new to street legal carts. I just purchased a used 2011 Villager LX. It was fully charged and the previous owners had it serviced and inspected regularly. I plugged in to charge and nothing happens. Batteries are 2011 and serviced last week and checked out in excellent condition. Any ideas about why it's not charging now? Thanks
