Batteries
I have a 2011 club car 48 volt. My question is. Can you over fill a battery and if you do. What do you need to do to correct it? Thanks for any advise.

Re: Batteries
Water should be 1/4 inch above the lead plates. If over filled you can remove some of the water with a turkey baster

Thanks...I actually thought of that...It was charging fine, then someone warned me about them getting low in the summer heat. I did use distilled water as told.

Re: Batteries
I thought it was 1/4 bellow fill neck... If I've been keeping them more than 1/4 " over lead plates have I done damage too the batteries?

Re: Batteries
No, they key is to keep the plates submerged. Too much water and you get an overflow under heavy charging which ruins the battery bay.
