Default Solenoid Clicks and Controller Flashes 7 times then solid green but no go. 2000 CC DS

I have been dealing with a intermittent issue with cart running, then just stop running. I have replaced all batteries, all accessories run of a separate 12 volt battery. When I press the pedal the solenoid clicks the 500A Alltrax controller flashes 7 times then goes solid green but the cart still does not move. I have bypassed the negative side of the solenoid that comes from the OBC to the main negative of the 48 volt pack. Before replacing the batteries I noticed that sometimes the cart would go but not at full speed but every now and again it would run full speed. I have not got to drive it a whole lot with this issue going on so cannot say if that is still continuing after the replacement of the batteries or not. Any help or advice anyone has would be greatly appreciated.

As you said - you need to see if the new battery pack has fixed the problem.

When I did drive that cart after the new battery install (when it would move) I was doing about 20 MPH not on a full charge. So even after the new battery install the cart still has the go/no go mentality.

7 green flashes means the controller is setup to run on a Club Car 5k-0 system

This is a Series I believe with a manual F/R switch up front.

I have installed probably 15 of these controllers. Of those installs, probably 10 of them needed new MCORs to work properly. The Curtis controller is lenient on the ohm reading from the MCOR and will work even with an MCOR that is not putting out the right ohms. The Alltrax is looking for a very specific ohm reading and will not go if it doesn't get it. My bet is it is the MCOR not giving the controller the right ohm reading....

Call Alltrax and they will take you step by step through a diagnostics on the phone.

Is your cart a 2000 with the sweeper arm(V-glide) potentiometer or a 2000.5 with a MCOR? Is the controller an AXE ?
