Need help locating 5K-0 Curtis PB-6

Hey guys....I need your help finding a place to purchase a 5K-0 PB-6.

I can find the 0-5K model all day long but am totally frustrated searching for the Club Car type which is opposite @ 5K-0 ohms. Curtis made these and there are some knockoffs which is okay. Basically I will take what I can get.

try calling a C.C. dealer and get a part # i,ll find you one....what year is the cartand is it a 36 or 48 volt..........also what color is the plug coming off of it grey or black..................depending they converted one of them over to the M-cor and sell a kit to switch it over that may be your problem..................................

Well, here's the deal, Tom.
This is for a 36 to 48v conversion project. The base cart was a 89 CC. So not knowing what I know today I ordered a 5k - 0 controller and pb-6. Not knowing that once you remove the controller and (speed control device) you can put whatever you flippin' want back in it! So not knowing that when I ordered parts I stuck with the 5k-0 CC type controller and a dealer friend got the freekin pb-6 for me it is backwards 0-5k. (much more common) But I got it like 10 months ago so I'm on my own here now.......
That is why I am trying to find a 5k-0 and any leads will be much appreciated!

ok you need a 5K to 0 right? give me some time let me see what i can come up with cause you might be lucky.......i have a brand new still in the wrapping that imbought a few years ok and got the wrong one but instead of sending it back i figured i might need it someday and i,m 90% certain its a 5K to 0 so if thats the case i,ll bring it home and send it to you but in the meantime i,ll try a few other sources i have.......................most stuff listed in all the parts books are 0 to 5K but you might get lucky bud with this one i have sitting around..keep your fingers crossed........................................... ...

When i did my conversion i used a pb2, They will work either way just reverse the wires.

Jray that is what I have found !!! I am talking with the EV tech now to determine if it will indeed bolt right up.......

Its working fine for me, i bolted a piece of alum. angle to the frame and mounted it on and hooked the acc. rod to it. If that what your asking?

And what controller are you using? 48 volts?

48 volts, stock curtis controller 300 amp.

So it is a stock 48v cart and you just replaced the pot with a pb-6? Is that it?
