Default 2008 Club car Precedent IQ cuts off

I have a 08 CC Precedent 48v (4-12v) system. I recently had the speed sensor fail and replaced it, worked good for a few days. Today after using the cart for 1/2 hour the power cut out. It resets and will try to move but cuts out again immediately. Fully charged the batteries and still same problem press pedel slightly cart tries to move then it just looses power. Any suggestions ? Thanks

2008 CC Precedent 48v IQ Regen
Batteries: Terminals clean, 14.4-14.7 volts each, 51.4 across the pack. Shows good (500 amps) under load test drops to 10.5 - 10.9v under load on each battery.
Noticed with cart key off and run/tow set to tow battery sparked when connecting last cable ?

Update: Today I tried the cart again. Checked wiring connections etc. I got the cart to move on a flat surface about 300 ft by barely pushing the pedal. Once I got it in the garage I tried to increase pedal and it looses power. Take your foot off pedal and your hear the "click" and the cart tries to move but does not. Seems something is tripping when a load is put on it or speed increases. The motor has the "speed magnet" installed and the "speed sensor test" does still cause the beep when pushed. I'm clueless where to start

Refer to the service manual. I found one online for my 09-11 CC Precedent online. It details how to test the speed sensor, MCOR and other related parts. What you are describing does sound speed sensor related from what I've read on here. Maybe you got a bad or wrong replacement. Double check the part number. Also check for possible shorts in wiring. Sorry I'm not very helpful but I'm a newbie.

It sounds like a potential solenoid failure based on what you've described. You say you try to go but it won't, sometimes. But sometimes it will. That's quite possibly a bad solenoid for sure. Also, you say when you're driving it'll die out. The IQ system is designed to come to a stop if the solenoid drops out. I'd try replacing the solenoid if you don't have access to a scanner to see exactly what's going on.

If it sits for an hour you can creep along at 1 mph (or less). Try to increase speed and it cuts out. You can immediately repress pedal and it will power on again but try to go forward at any speed and it cuts out without moving. Let it sit for an hour and you can creep again until you increase speed.

That sounds like dead batteries. I know you said they're new, but have you checked the voltage under load?

Never seen a cart with these symptoms. I recommend taking it to a dealer and having it scanned
