05 ds iq won't move
Pack voltage and individual battery voltage is good under load. Solenoid appears to be functioning properly. have good voltage to the motor. Sometimes it will drive five or six feet and stop, but that is rare. Most of the time, when I press the go pedal I hear the mcor engage and hear the solenoid click about four times and then nothing. Also, the speed sensor tested fine and I tried the obc reset but the reverse buzzer never went off. Any suggestions on what else to check? Are there certain pins in the controller that can test with a volt meter?

Did the cart get wet or did you wash it? If an IQ controller thinks about looking at water it will fail.

That sounds like how mine did when I got it. I searched the web and forums for everything I could find to check. Did not get a 100% diagnosis that guaranteed a fix. I narrowed it down to the controller. When I got it off and opened it up it I could see some of the things in it burned. Good luck.
