Which MCOR did you put in? MCOR 3 or MCOR 4?

Oh yeah you need to return that and get the mcor 4. The 3 has problems like the 2. I hope king of carts didn't sell you that mcor 3. If they did I would raising hell with them. Considering they sold you a cart with bad batteries and all the problems you have had with them.

No that was my own mistake... Not enough research, live and learn...

What is strange that after a minute of abruptly dropping dead it starts to act correctly.

Hmmm could be something with the controller but who knows. I can't believe they told you that your cart had a code 4 installed in it. That would piss me off. But yes lesson learned. I just hate lessons that cost $.

King of Carts is again responding to emails and appears to be attempting to help me resolve my issues and partially refund me some battery money.
I've still got the juice just absolutely dropping out when we try to take off but after 5 or 6 times this will stop and the cart runs great except for the lack of speed.
