92 Clicks but wont move - need help

Took my daughter on a ride around the neigborhood. Cart was running just fine. Parked the cart for a second. Got back in and hit the gas and Nothing!

No forward or reverse. Batteries were fully charged.

When you hit the gas in forward, it clicks once but then nothing.

I am no DIY guy, but I would think a wire or something has come loose?? I just put some $$ into it and had a shop put a lift and tires on it. Since then, I have been on a couple 3-4 mile drives and it ran like a top. Now this?

Where do I start?

check the cables at the F/R switch .. check to ensure contacts are good
check the V-glide make sure wiper is working and making good contact
check resistor assembly .. all coils good and wires not broken
if all that is good motor will need to be tested

yes and no
usually if you hear the click the solenoid is good
there are times it's bad

test solenoid

Connect an volt meter, set on continuity, place on the two large terminal studs. The meter should indicate no continuity, Replace the solenoid if continuity is present.

Using jumper wires attach from main positive and main negative of battery pack to the two small solenoid studs, polarity is not important. You should hear a click as the solenoid engages, and the meter should indicate continuity on the two large terminals. Replace the solenoid if continuity is not present.
if solenoid clicks rapidly solenoid is bad

Just an update - it was the solenoid. I ordered a new one and put it in........hit the gas and she runs good!

I was relieved for sure!
