2) Use the circuit provided by crash, that will allow a charger that has negative on the "sense wire" to disable the controller if the charger is plugged.
3) Use the method they did in your cart, when you turn the key switch on, it sends +48v on the tan wire. If you jump it to the blue wire, that will also provide the +48v the OBC should have been providing in the blue wire if it was working. This method will also allow the cart to run with the charger plugged in.
Thanks Sergio. Here's what I found out after some testing: I have 51v going into the OBC, and using Sergio's test method from post #17, only have 32v leaving the OBC and going into the controller. And from the controller, have 10v leaving the controller and going into the MCOR. My guess is that I have a bad OBC as well as a bad controller. So, I am going to re-install the jumper, and change the controller and see if that does fix the problem

Last and Final Update: I took a look at the wires in the wire loom. There was one spot in the harness where Club Car had heat-shrunk and the wires and come out of the heat-shrink from the battery acid when the previous batteries froze and split. So I cleaned up the wires and re-connected them with wire nuts temporarily. Once that was fixed, I started to test parts according to my service manual. Doing that indicated that I needed to replace my speed controller. Luckily, there was another included. So, I bolted it up, and the cart ran great. I appreciate everyone's help in fixing the problem
