Default 83 Club Car one speed fast

Hi guys i have an 83 cc ser # A8308 41939
Ihave one speed fast it squeals the tires in f or r, I have replaced the speed box, have replaced the solenoids all 5, replaced the f/r switch the only thing is when you run the cart the resistors do not even get warm it would not be bad but the whiplash gets old on takeoff!

Somehow you have it wired wrong. Put on jacks to continue working on it. All 5 solenoids should click (one at a time) as you press the gas one after the other from the drivers side first to the pass side last.

All solenoids click as the pedal is pressed starting from the drivers side to pass side if i unhook the green wire from pedal box to the first solenoid and press the pedal you can hear each one click as you press further, the old pedal box had 7 wires the new one had six missing the orange wire going to a switch behind the f/r switch i took it apart that micro switch had 2 terminals yellow and green the old one had three the orange wire

I assume you used this diagram. It could be as simple as you have put the throttle solenoid micro switches in reverse order of go? I'm guessing based upon your results.

I dont presently have one of these carts to look at and the old diagrams are not color coded. Made before color printing?

You could simply have re-installed the switches in the reverse order of go?
With the cart on jacks - remove the seat. and kneel beside the cart and press the gas by hand so you can have your ear close to the solenoids. Do they click from the drivers side first to the passenger side last?
