1999 48v Electric Ds model (series not regen)to unhooked red wires
Has a 16v to 12 v reducer from factory behind 5 and 6 batteriges. I'm trying to figure where the red wire off the 20a fuse block hooks up to and the other red wire of the charger port so then my headlight bulbs wont blow never a problem with the taillights

Re: 1999 48v Electric Ds model (series not regen)to unhooked red wires
Well as I was told by ScottyB and others, best to use the entire pack wired after the OBC which obviously would mean a new reducer.
As far as wiring, I haven't any experiences with 16v reducer, but I would not figure it would run to the charger port. Usually to a switch and to the positive of battery 5. The accessories would pickup ground from the neg on the of battery 6 which should also be the neg end of pack. M |
