Default where is my charge controller comupter?

Where is the computer that controls charging in my Clubcar?
I plug the charger in but the amp meter never budges..... so I'm thinking maybe a problem with the charge controller.(?)
As I understand it, there is a computer in the cart that controls the function of the charger....????

So where is this thing located?

Any other ideas as to what might be wrong?

Here's the back story:
I replaced the batteries in my cart a couple months back with Trojans.
They charged up nicely, and I've driven a couple times and recharged ok.

A couple weeks ago, i hauled some mulch bags on my back seat, & hosed the cart off after. Then it wouldn't go in reverse!
It dawned on me that water had likely been the culprit, so I opened the hatch cover behind my seat and doused the stuff in there with WD-40. Seemed to work fine after that.

Since then, when I plug the charger in, I here what sounds like a relay click in the charger itself, but the amp needle never moves off zero.

I've been so busy taht I left it plugged in and forgot about it.

So this morning i disconnected the charger, checked the water. I have not seen the amp meter off of zero at all. All ok and observed a little bubbling.

I disconnected the neg cable form the bank and plan to measure the voltage this evening. This morning it was 50.6 Volts

No hum, just a click
one click, and that's all.

When working, it would click a few seconds after plugging in. Ampmeter would indicate and the unit would hum for maybe 5 seconds, then shut off for a few seconds, then come back on for the charge cycle

Sounds like more of a charger issue than an OBC issue. I have attached the Maintanance and Service manual. Refer to section 3 for your charger. Included are troubleshooting procedures

Maintanance & Service Manual For Club Car PowerDrive and Accupower Chargers

awesome, thank you. I'll read through it tonight.

The reason I suspected the controller, is that I had a known water intrusion, and that is my very best estimate of the time of failure. Seems too much of a coincidence.... but then i know it's electrical and like a light bulb, you never know which flip of the switch is going to let the magic smoke out......

Then I'd say it's a charger issue
