FYI Full Charge Voltage 38.2 and 50 % is 36.3 never run batteries below 50 % charge as it's bad for them.....

Has 5 solenoids. I hear 5 clicks. to be sure I changed out 1st solenoid behind driver seat. I ruled this out early.

The cart will take around 6 to 10 hours to fully charge, don't unplug the charger until it completes it's charge cycle

Update, After charging I show 37.8 V. Cart still will not go. Here is what has been done so far.
1980 36v Club car W/5 solenoids
New Trojan Batteries, re-built motor which was re-tested, 1st solenoid was tested and also changed out, batteries charged to 38.7V.
Could the problem be my FR switch?

I double checked what I thought was a solenoid click. Turns out clicking noise is coming from switch box. Solenoids are not clicking at all.

After charging and testing this morning I am at 37.8 V. Solenoids are not clicking, only micro-switches.

Use your meter to test the voltages at the microswitches as they click it should allow current to flow to the solenoid, do one at a time. You may need some help with this and be careful while testing.
