Re: Rebuilt motor. new batteries, not working
You can start by trying to run the motor by just connecting 12 volts to it. Somewhere on the forum there is a procedure for it. this would eliminate everything else but the motor. Who knows how well the motor was rebuilt.

Check the pack voltage with a DVM. http://i1109.photobucket.com/albums/...nnieBChart.jpg

Voltage is fine, checked with VM. On board gauge also shows voltage to be fine. I will charge batteries to rule this out.

Re: Rebuilt motor. new batteries, not working
You Said you tested the solenoid, does this cart have a single solenoid or 5 solenoids?
Does a solenoid click when you try to go? If 5 solenoids which one(s) |
