Can you post me a few pics of the wiring up close and overall, also the leads to the motor and the f/r switch. As much of the wiring as you can anything you can that may help. Sorry I'm talking so long, I'm an industrial electrical designer not a cart expert lol.

I hope it is just those switches, one other thing is that resistor pack with the solenoids,

OK I will try to post pictures. a majority of the wires from the micro switch box goes to the solenoids. I had to remove a battery to get to switch box. I appreciate you taking the time to help me. I am not giving up on this cart. Thank you.

Bypass that bad micro switch from the f/r run a hot from battery (+) this will send power to all of the speed micro switches. Then press the pedal and you should get power to the solenoids and it shloud go.

I bet some of the cart guys that have these older carts, has had similar issues but apparently not ingested in helping lol

Looks like there are some modifications, pics are too small to see good detail. what was modified? Did you ever have this cart running?

Yes cart ran fine. Really no modifications just a terminal added for tapping into power for radio etc.. Did you see plus sign on picture to enlarge? Put cursor over and see if you can enlarge picture. Next picture can be enlarged by right clicking and hit open link.

So cart was running, you replaced motor and nothing? Nothing else was touched? The motor swap should of been 4 wires removed and the battery connections. Is there a pre-charge resistor?

Nope I downloaded the pics and they are tiny.
