Do you want me to re-send any specific pictures?

Send the battery pack pic and the switch to the far right.
I'll be away for a few hours but ill look at it tonight and study this thing. That schematic is a big help. What are the wires going to that are cut off, the white one up to the right & that orange on the bottom?

Also how is that resistor pack? without power you can read the ohms at each point to the main common point. The resistance should decrease as you get closer to solenoid 5. I've heard these resistor carts can be a pain but in reality this one looks to be the simplest I've seen so far. I like it! LOL

Even though its not color, study this new schematic. Its accurate. White wire goes to last solenoid (5) and orange is back up beeper. Resistors are fine. Nothing broke. At this point I cannot get solenoid one to click. Resistors start at solenoid two. Removed and double checked solenoid one, its fine. I show37.4 V to both micro switch wires going to solenoid one(yellow + green).

Does solenoid one conduct when contacts close?

No, nothing happens with solenoid 1. I should hear a loud click. Nothing even though I show voltage on two small terminals.

When I test my solenoids I use jumper cables hooked to both small terminals and then I have continuity at both big posts. During this test I hear the loud contact. I found this http://www.golfcarnews.com/gcn/?p=242

I think I found what could be the problem. My battery negative is missing from what was mentioned in prev. link. Question now is, how to I find it? Any ideas?

This is the solenoid you ran a hot from battery and it works right? Run a wire from solenoid to f/r switch and see. If not then to other side of switch.
