Default BRAKE Tool- how do you use it?

Can someone tell me HOW to use this tool? I see them, but have never seen one used?

For the brakes you have to adjust on the rear, there is an adjuster covered by a rubber boot which sticks out at the back of the brake backing plate. Looks like that tool goes over the adjuster to give you a nice spot to stick a wrench.

93yellow : if that is the case, then you can only use it on the older carts. The older carts have that adjuster part on the top, the later carts, the adjuster is on the bottom and has no place you can turn from the back.

1995 and older DS. Almost all Carryall2 and Carryall6. I just started seeing Carryall2s being built with self adjusting brakes last year, but the vast majority are still old school.
