Default club DS 48 volt controller

my controller according to wiring diagram is not wired correct, blue wire from F-n-R is going to B- instead of M-,i am not that knowledgeable on but i can read and understand wiring schematic,i am having a couple issues with it,1st goes wide open at start,no graduation of throttle, next i hate to admit it but i drilled out OBC to get cable through,so you know what the problem is with that,i ordered a new OBC today and will not make that mistake ever again.if anyone can help me i will appreciate it greatly,Thanks greatly,Chuck Frazier

Up to sixteen hours. how slow? 12-14mph is normal. u were wide open at start was that wide open faster than now? If it goes then stops could it be a bad solenoid, is the solenoid new & 48v? It seems the previous owner rigged it and u are paying the price. Also did you check for pitting at all contact points?
