Default Advertise with me

Would any of you guys that own your own business be willing to advertise (sponsor) with a motorcycle drag racer?
I would put your decals on my bike (small ones of course), then larger ones on the golf cart and trailer.
There are tons of golf carts used at the tracks and I thought that it would benefit everyone and help drum up some business for you guys and help off-set some of my expenses.
I think it is a win-win situation!!
Please visit my web-site and let me know what you think.
I am not talking about a lot of money or anything, just something along the lines of maybe a couple of entry fees a month or something along those lines.
My stats are posted on my web-site (except I haven't put this year up yet), but I finished 5th this year (it is on the Farmington Dragway link under Carolina dragbike series).

Please don't flame me or anything, I am just trying to get some help to be more competitive.

Thanks,
Brian

Good luck getting sponsors I know how hard that can be. I raced Minisprints for 9 years. I even once went into a car dealership and talked to the owner about some $. I asked then he said " I like to go snowmobiling in the winter so are willing to pay for my trips up north?" Needless to say I walked away with nothing. But, he has a very good point. SO I say, Good Luck.

But there is a difference. He liked to go for fun. I am out for championships and winning money. It is more than just for fun. When I am racing, it is serious, and I treat as a business. I actually promote my sponsors.

I know exactly what you are saying and that's what I tried to tell him. He said it's still just a hobby. Hell if I had extra money I would give it to ya.

Hey...thanks man!! LOL!! I know it is going to be hard. I was just thinking that some of the cart shop owners on here may be interested because of the amount of carts used at the race tracks. I thought it may be good advertisement for them.
