Question same lame ????? i bet? Ds Clik

I being A used cart ownerI would like some info on this clik .When you start to take off the gas pedal cliks under your foot depressing in down 5 -6 times before it take off? Then literally flys. This cliking doesn't do this all the time, . It might do the same thing soon, and then again it may be just fine, the next time. Batteries are staying charged . It does work but not exactly like it should, otherwise everything else...........couldn't be better. I bought this cart after it sat from 2005 in a barn,It was only driven by the" detroit golf club "employees to drive the much older golfers around .When it was taken off line so to speak. It sat from 2005 til late 2013 when i picked it up.If you have anything to help, i could sure use the info. thanks for taking time to read this bob s ------------you can use this email if you wish scharpr175@ymail.com i'm there most of the time
my cart is a;2002

It's a 2002 cart. Don't they have a Mcor instead of the V-glide?

They made the vglide up to I think 2003, there are schematics here in the stickies, you can find how it is wired.

So!!What i get out of this "stickey" i can just buy the new part for 35.-$40 and replace it? Mine runs fast. It just does "nothing at all" occasionally, it doesn't want to back out of the garage. It cliks a couple times .each time you go from backwards to forward or vice versa. It never fails to go forward . I build hotrods all my life. I don't see where repairing one- is saving any time or money by taking it all apart , Am i out in left field with that statement??

Don't they clik anyway.. a couple times/ when one is going from forward to reverse. It is changing something so the motor can turn the opposite way??????????I am asking this question--.as i really don't know help
