Default Ds club car problem-won't move, hear clicking

I was installing a lift kit on a DS club car. For verification the serial starts with AQ. I'll clarify that I'm not as familiar with club car. I work on Ez-go almost daily. I drove the cart in to the shop, installed the jakes 3" lift kit, went together perfectly. Went to get on the cart to drive it out and it won't move. I can hear the solenoid clicking, and I even jacked up the rear end and had someone hit the accelerator for me, I can hear the motor slightly turn then it stops. The cart will not move in forward or reverse. The lift kit should have had no bearing on the carts electrical, there was no welding or anything. I need to get this cart back ASAP, so if you have any suggestions. It would be greatly appreciated. I've checked to make sure no wires came unhooked. I have 48 volts, my headlights all work and everything so I know it's not dead battery's. Thanks in advance!

If there was any kind of spark, like a wrench dropped and bounced off motor connections or anything like that the controller may be out. Btw did you make sure the tow / run switch is in run and the rocker switch is in forward or reverse.

Got it figured out, axle rolled over one time and pulled a wire off the controller that was covered up. But yes I did have the switch on run, and everything was right, just didn't realize the wire popped off. I appreciate the help!
