Controlers 1510-5201, 1510A-5251

Anyone know if these two controller are interchangeable?

Is one a newer version of the other? because I can find rebuilt 1510A-5251s but I cant seem to find anything on the 1510-5201.

I'm not real sure. I've seen both in various year model cars. Not sure the rhyme or reason behind it.

I was under the impression the 5201 was a 200amp unit and the 5251 was a 250amp unit. I get this from looking at list on different web sited, that seems to be the way it works out. I could be wrong.

They're both 250.
