You should be reading this voltage in reference to the neg post on the battery pack. Are you?

Yes. All voltage checks at this point are from pack negative

So in your original post you tested from battery pack negative to the small post, which one (make sure polarity is correct)? If so and you got full voltage then with cart off and in tow run a jumper from battery pack negative to the other small terminal. Then it should click and go, based off information you provided. Post results.

Let me update and explain a little more, it may help to figure out my problem easier. Cart came to not running. Clicking at peddle but NO click at solenoid. Thats when I checked voltage and had pack voltaage on all 4 post. Since that post I started checking forbad or loose wires. I found several things and repaired them. Couple bad wires and two things I thought to be a little wierd, key switch no ohms and connecting plug to run switch had no ohms. Bypassed both.....Still no clicking at solenoid, still have pack voltage at all 4 post with key on. With key off pack at 2 large post and nothing at either small post. Now, where would be a good place to start. I have tested a few other things but not sure if any test would correct until the solenoid problem is solved.....Thanks

PACK VOLTAGE is a widely used term which means the voltage read across the entire pack. This is also known as reference voltage. Any reading less than the battery pack total is not 'pack voltage' it is simply voltage.

Your solenoid is not getting the pack voltage needed to activate. When the peddle is pressed you should read PACK VOLTAGE between the 2 small solenoid posts. The cart will not run until this voltage energizes the solenoid's internal switch.
I hope this helps

Question!. This has the F/R switch between the legs and rs rocker switch. I assume it still has micro switches...do you have to remove the bolts from the back or will the black cover on the front pop off some how
