Looks like a solid shaft motor to me which is good, but it looks like you've already got a motor centering kit installed on the shaft on the differential. The lighting is poor in the picture but it looks like a bushing with a spring behind it, correct? If so, that's your centering kit. As for the motor bumper. I've installed them twice, and both times it put so much pressure on the outer bearing that it locked the motor up and we had to haul the cart in with a forklift. I don't recommend it.

Ok. Well i'll head back home in a few and check out the differential and take a better pic. Do you think i just need to order another centering kit then if that in fact is one? do they wear out? Do i have any other options?

It won't hurt to try another one. I've never had any chatter with a centering kit installed though. I guess it's possible that the motor or differential shaft is just worn so bad the centering kit isn't helping. Good luck to you.

Took a look at it. It's just a washer. No spring or anything. It slid right off. ???? I just ordered the center kit.

There shouldn't be a washer there. Try taking the washer off and reinstalling the motor and seeing if it still chatters.

They probably will. 1/4"-20 X 2-1/4"
