Default My new toy, I need help.

I just picked up my new toy, a Club Car PA series. It is a single seat handicap cart. I have got to get a manual or some info on it. It hasn't been used in awhile. It has hydraulic brakes and some sort of safety device that locks the brakes. Here are some pics. Anyone who knows anything about these or has any info. let me know. Another thing, all 3 batteries are completely dry. I don't mean low, I mean dry. I put water in one and put the charger on. Should I go pick up some acid and fill them with acid instead? I am willing to invest in acid to see what happens.

You don't see many of these around. I think they're cool, have fun with it! I have zero experience with these, hopefully someone who does will chime in...

I'd throw 3 new 12V in that puppy and see what she does and go from there!
Other than that, I don't have a clue but congrats on being being the new owner of something cool looking! Good Luck

If the batteries are dry from evaporation and not leakage, you should just add distilled water to them. They may be junk anyway.

You are the expert on these carts now. We expect you to teach us all about them.

UH OH!!! Dawg, I was counting on your depth of knowledge. From what I have read here, if you haven't seen it, it must be unusual. Maybe someone will see this and chime in with some info. I can't find anything online about this thing. I don't think it is made by CC. I believe someone else makes it for them. It doesn't appear to have an aluminum frame. It has coil springs front and rear along with the juice brakes. I am going to look for any numbers I can find on the controller and the chassis. Nothing looks like CC. You would think if CC made it they would use as many parts common to their other products as they could. The answers are somewhere out there.

What does the motor look like? Is the charge port the "crows foot" two flat prong style?

The motor is black so I assume it's not GE. It looks like a regular motor. It has the 2 flat prong type charger. The rear housing is narrower than a standard cart. The front is too. I hope to have some time tomorrow to do some looking and make some notes. I will post some additional pics. The first four digits of the Serial # are PA01 so I assume it is a 2001. That is the only thing I can find in common with CC other than emblems and score card clip. Thanks for your interest.
