Hi all,

We are doing a rebuild on a 2000.5 + Club Car DS Electric 36V.

Serial No.: A0049-963652

I have taken some before pictures.

Will post updates as we go along.

We are based in South-Africa.

Let us know what you think and make suggestions.

Clean little cart, you should have all sorts of good options. I'd focus on getting it running tip top shape first then the cosmetics later.

We have completed the disassembly down to the frame.

All metal parts to be sandblasted and powder coated.

Panels to be resprayed.

Replace all of the rubber bushings on the spring mounts and all front end pivot points. Get new brakes. And most importantly convert it to solid state speed control. Good luck and beware the lions don't eat your doggie.
