Question Serious wobble in drivers side rear

I have completed restored our 99 lifted club car. Now that its back together I took it for a spin and it runs great, BUT there is a serious wobble to it!

Quick history- remanufactured motor and 400 amp contoller, new tire22x11x10 efx blades on my existing 10" aluminum rims.

I did not have this wobble before restoring the cart. I tried rotating all 4 tires to see which one worked best on the drivers side rear, but all seemed to bounce/wobble. I jacked the rear end up and adjusted the brakes. I wire-wheeled the inside and outside of drums. I tried spinning the axles without drums and they seemed to run true.

From what I read no golf cart tire is truly round, I can live with that. Before I redid the cart I went through three sets of mud devils and they never bounced or wobbled like this.

Back to issue...
I then put the drums on. The passenger side ran true, but the drivers side had a "high spot". I tried rotating the drum and happened in all four positions.

I a stumped. Is this an axle issue? Can't be the drum itself? Could it have something to do with the remanufactured motor spline?

Sounds like you have a bent axle or the flange face on the end of the axle is not true. That or bad bearings might do this to you...

Question Re: Serious wobble in drivers side rear

How do I remedy the bent axle if that's what it is? I wouldn't think the flange face is not true because this wasn't happening before the rebuild.
