Default Need help identifying some thing on my cart.

OK so I just stripped everything off my cart for cleaning and rebuild.
I found everything in order with my wiring diagram except one item. I have posted a picture of it below.
Please help me identify what it is and what purpose it serves on my cart. I have a 2002 cc ds iq

It's a voltage reducer. It does what you think it would, reduces voltage

Bad thing is that only uses two batteries you need one that uses the entire pack.

It was disconnected any chance you or someone has a wiring diagram.
I plan on installing a radio and auxiliary lights as well.
Should I just scrap this voltage reducer and get a larger one to run it all?
