Club Car DS won't charge
Older club car DS 48 volt. Plug charger in, charger clicks, ammeter goes up and right back down. charger stays on and puts out 54 volts but no current. 54 volts at charge receptacle but only 48 volts at batteries. I figure either computer or controller. Anyone run into this before?

Sounds like fuse at receptial. Check the wires from there to battery and to OBC.

Have 54 volts going into OBC from charge receptical. 48 volts on wire going from OBC to controller

Red wire is clean, tight and seems to be fine
