Default 2008 Club Car onboard Computer failure

My cart was rolling slowly forward and the F/R rocker switch was switched from F to R, and the accelerator peddle was depressed slightly. The cart now no longer moves. All of the battery cables are tight. The lights and horn work. The voltage reading is 47.6 volts. The Charger clicks but does not turn on. I have followed the post telling how to reset the OBC to no avail. Don't know what the next step is

Batteries are less than 50% charged. Check voltage of each battery. Use a car charger to charge until you get to at least 8.5 volts each. Cart should run then. After that we can see why the charger is not coming on, if it is still failing.

Once you get the batts charged up, try a speed sensor test. The procedure is on the previous page above in the stickies. Does the reverse buzzer work?

There was another thread a few weeks back about somebody's charger not coming on. Their voltage was about the same as yours. I told them to manually charge the batteries as mrgolf suggested and it fixed the problem. That should fix your running problem as well

Make sure the fuse by the tow/run switch is not blown.
