2009 ds does not move right
48 volt brand new batteries he says you have to push the pedal to the floor to get it to go,then it speeds up and slows down on its own. I was thinking speed senser,i don't no the electric parts that much

Sounds like MCOR. Try turning key off and press it to the floor about 50 times. If that helps it is MCOR.

Also you can try a speed sensor test to eliminate that part of it...
