92 Club Car 48 volt only clicks does not move
I looked around the forum, and apologize if the topic has been discussed. Have a 92, 48 volt unit that only clicks in forward/reverse. Help
Thank you Robert |

What is your serial number? Can you post a picture of the battery area? I ask this because there is no such thing as a 92 48v. They did not start manufacturing for 48v until 95

Ok, you have a 2000 DS 48v Series. Attached is a wiring diagram. I'd start looking over all the connections and make sure everything checks out. Once you do that, we can go from there

Ok, cleaned the terminals, did find the positive lead at the solenoid loose. But, that did not do the job?

Use a jumper wire to go from the SMALL post of the solenoid that has the SMALL yellow wire to the B- terminal on the controller. See if it runs, and if it does the culprit is the OBC.
