I know you are wanting to get the cart going on your own, but I am thinking you may need a little hands on help from a local shop. They may have test equipment to tell you what it needs. That way you could get the parts and still fix it yourself. I really want you to get this thing going I would like to be there to help you but that is not possible.

I would try to get my hands on another known good controller and see if that makes it run. I'm thinking with that big motor the stock controller may have burn out and that may be your problem. You have checked all the wiring and it seems to be correct?

Sergio:
I forgot to mention, back in Setember I contacted Buggies Unlimited, and I emailed back and forth with Jorda lloyd there, and sent him the following pics about the controller, and he said I had a GE Regen 1 Controller, does that help....

A few things.
1: BU was wrong. That is actually a Regen 2 controller
2: If you are thinking about changing controllers, I would fix all the wiring and go back to the IQ controller(Since I am certain that is a PD Plus controller in an IQ cart). There are stock working IQ controllers on ebay on the cheap. $100-$150. Or better yet, buy from here of a site sponsor

Fix all the wiring, I went through it all, I think the MCOR is no good, from what a few people said, So I would have to look for a Regen2 correct, what about the OBC does that stay?
