Default Cart, Battery and charger input

We are currently demoing a 2013 Club Car Precedent PD1214-271184.
I am not sure on how to check on the year I was told against these #'s to make sure of the DOM.
Then some input on the cart itself and any issues it may have.
It has some of the bells and whistles like ball/club washer, bag cover, tinted windows, divot holders, mag rims and Kenda raidial tires.
?? Power Drive Batteries ?? Never herd of these.
How about the chargers? Any known repetitive issues?
Anything we should know before we buy this brand of cart?
Inventory I should be looking at keeping?
Any input on this cart, the batteries and charger and its overall dependability or failure would be great.
These carts will be used on a 18 hole course.
Thanks.
Steve.

The serial number translates to:

PD = PRECEDENT I2L EXCEL
1214 = 2012, production week 14
271184 = serial number

. . .

. . . as for the other "stuff", when TahoeDawg sees this, he will probably have some input as he is a Service Manager for CC in Augusta . .
