Default Connecting 48v reducer (mj1230C) to Fuse Block (Blue Sea 5025)

Have a 1998 club car 48v. Bought the madjax MJ1230C voltage reducer to connect accesories. Also bought the Blue Sea Fuse Block 5025. Now I'm not sure how to connect it all. I've attached the diagram from both. Not sure I understand how to hook it all up. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

the madjax is pretty self explanatory
1 is your 12v power switched. i'd hook the fuse box to this wire so all the accessories turn off with the key
2 don't hook the fuse box to this terminal, see below
3 is 48 volt positive to the converter. just make sure you use all batteries and pos/neg
4 hooks to the ignition switch to turn the converter on and off. use a multimeter to hook up to the switched side. otherwise the converter will always be on
5 is 48 volt negative to the converter.
madjax has the instructions online if you've misplaced yours
if none of this works... youtube video

for your fuse box: instruction here
#1 from the madjax goes to the bottom 12v positive stud on the fuse box
#5 from the madjax goes to the top 12v negative stud on the fuse box, this is also the 48v negative wire for the madjax (not explained to well in the instuction)
to hook up accessories use the screw next to the fuse you want for 12v+ and the ground buss above all the fuses for 12v-

if you use connection 1 on the madjax all your accessories will turn on with the key and off with the key
if installing a stereo that has a memory wire (they all do unless it's from the 70s) buy an inline fuse (1 amp) and hook it to 2 on the madjax
this will keep all the memory in the stereo and turn it on to last use when the key is turned on

It's #5 wire, the 48v Negative I wasn't sure about. So I run that to the top of fuse block and not to the last battery in set? So nothing is connected to the negative battery in set??

I used the same terminal block and inverter. I ran a wire from the neg terminal of the last battery to the fuse block neg terminal. The way I read the instructions on the mad jax inverter is that it only receives neg. It doesn't have a neg output wire.

i should have explained that better
#5 on madjax goes to the 48v negative on the battery pack
it is also the negative to the fuse block, so run a separate wire from the 48v- on the battery pack to the negative stud on the fuse block

is that clear as mud now?
