charger rebuild
Had a charger rebuilt by Club Car new diode and button. Before rebuild charger would start than pause than start charging. Having a digital volt meter from Scotyb the meter would show in the upper 50s while charging before turning off. The rebuilt charger would start out charging with no delays. I reset the osb and now it has a delay but is carrying the volt meter into the 60s while charging. I turned it off before it shut it self down thinking this might be to high. What is norm. for volt reading while charging ?
What are the signs to know when to reset obc ? |

Re: charger rebuild
Keep an eye on it. Any charge cycle that begins immediately without a delay will never terminate itself. It'll charge and charge and never turn off, ever. This is an onboard computer failure and has nothing to do with the charger. In my experience, rebooting the computer doesn't do any good. I've never had any success with it long term. It may resolve the issue for a little while, but it always comes back. Watch it closely.
