Okay 02CC intermittent solenoid click problem, most likely cause in my mind, is failing micro switch (ms) there are 2 in the solenoid activation circuit. Typically they are off/on switches. Find one on the F&R (most forward position) and one in the Vglide. Test em. See if they are intermittent. Other possibilities include bad or loose connection same circuit.

grab the diagram for your cart.

Could he have fried controller messing with the batteries without being in tow mode? Intermittent problem was before unhooking batteries not in tow, now no click but full pack voltage.

2002 CC DS IQ. Has MCOR instead of V-Glide and has Toggle switch F-R, not rotating cam with MS

I came back to say thank you all to the guru repair guys here. AND!! I also stated; my kar did a lot of clicking sometimes,-- when trying to take off. WELL now!! It click once for reverse and once for forwards . Bad connections can be a bummer to find .
