Default 2013 Precedent turn signal wiring problem

I just got this cart and it already has a plug and play headlight/taillight/brake light installed. I don't believe it's a Club Car brand kit because the brake activator is located behind the brake pedal pad and there is no timer or brake bracket/spring installed. My questions are: is the kit a 48 volt kit (I can't find a voltage reducer). I just installed a 48-12 volt reducer for the turn signal kit but am having problems. I need to hook up the t/s switch wire to the brake light switch. How do I know which wire that is since is has no brake bracket? By tapping into the headlights/brake light wires am I plugging into 48 volts? Any help will be truly appreciated.

You likely already had a factory voltage reducer, or if you have 12 volt batteries they ran off one of your batteries = 12 volt.
Photo of the battery area would help.

Thanks miker, I'll check that out for the reducer. I've found the wires for the brake light under the floor but not sure which one to use since it doesn't have the spring switch.
