Default Water on top of a couple of batteries

I have a 4x12V setup. Ever since purchasing the cart I have notice standing water on a couple of the Trojan batteries. I dried the tops and notice it again a few days ago. Initially though it was outside moisture but I'm now thinking it is a battery or charger issue. Note that I have no loss of power or any other noticeable problems. I personally have never filled the batteries but have checked the water level a few times and it seems to be full. The batteries tested approximately 50V across the pack. Please advise.

. . . fluid levels in the individual cells should only be about 1/4" above the plates . . . more than that, then when charging, bubbling/gassing occurs (which is normal) and excess fluid will perc out the tops, resulting in what you are seeing . . . it will subside as the excess weeps out . . DO NOT REMOVE ANY FLUID FROM CELLS . . . let it work it's way out through the charge process . . .

Thanks Steve,
Apparently the cart store I bought it from or the previous owner overfilled. I actually bought the battery filler but have yet to use it.
