RXV Brake Disc

Hi everyone, as I was trying to put my motor brake back on the RXV I ended up breaking the disc inside the motor brake. Was wondering if anyone knows where to buy just the disc or if they have an extra one laying around. My brake itself is fine and would prefer to buy just the disc if I can find one. The number on the disc was "133615FA." Not sure what it means..I searched it and nothing came up..

Ezgo doesn't sell the disk only. And the rest of the brake never fails, always the disk first. I think you may be "up a creek", bet ya wont do that again.
