Default Upgrade sequence question

I am starting my ezgo TXT upgrade project and I am planning on doing it in phases.(90 days)
Phase 1 upgrade controler and cables AXE 4855 500 amp controler and 4 gage cables.
Phase 2 48v upgrade new Trojen batteries and charger
Phase 3 new motor 2 speed from EMP
I am looking to increase speed and Torque not a lot of hills here in Forida but do like to get off-road.
Questions
1 does this look like the best way to go
2 can I contunie to operate between upgrade Phases
3 will the stock motor handle 48v
4 onboard vs standard charger cost the same which one would you guys recomend.

Thanks for you input

You should be able to continue running the cart one upgrade at a time. How much top end are you looking for?

You will hit 20mph without the EMP rebuild.

and once he hits 20, he'll want 22, then 24, etc. Good luck Tholland, you're catching the fever.
