I googled the problem and another forum came up that you participate on and it hit me that I've been trained on Fasteners (Nuts and Bolts)

All things should be tightened with a torque wrench, not by mechanics feel or impact guns ! You have to do the proper torque setting or poor grade bolts (or lug bolts) will stretch. You can tighten these things to the proper torque using a skidmore gauge and then back it off, re-tighten to the right torque setting and your foot pounds will decrease by as much as 1/3 ! Basically what this shows is Bolts or lug bolts stretch when over tightened and you can never get them tight after that happens.

Not a good thing to know when every tire shop has Bubba back there laying on your cars lug bolts with a impact gun !

Chances are that you could have the wrong center caps. If the caps are too short, this causes the wheel to not seat properly on the hub. To check this, simply take the wheel off and take the center cap out of the wheel. Place the centercap over the hub and make sure it is long enough to reach the base of the hub.

Got home and checked the lug nuts and they were all tight. I rode down the road (pavement) to check them out, both back tires (rims included) and the drivers side front have a little ((wobble)) in them. I check them at a medium and higher speed, not much difference if any.

Being it is still under warranty, do you think I should carry it back and let them have a look at it ?

it wouldn't hurt, thats what a warranty is for. And it will give you some peace of mind so you won't be staring at your wobbly wheels and not the road !

Yes, because I can't inspect it from here.

Carried my cart in this morning and the shop guy took it for a test spin, he came back and said he wanted to change the rear hubs (drums ?) and take the 20 x 11 x 8 tires off and replace them with some 22" tires. He said they had some issue's in the past with the Badland tires.

He had it ready to go 4 hours later and the tires/rims do not wobble anymore, but I do not like the new tires at all. They replace the badlands which had a wide foot print with a Duro something or another ! Where the Badlands were really flat accross the thread these are really rounded. The tires are marked max operating pressure of 5 pounds, each had 16.5 in them. I dropped the pressure down thinking the would flatten out, but now they sag like a flat tire on bottom and are still rounded on top.

The tires don't ride on the tops, so that part is only in your head. What pressure did you take them down to?

I dropped them to 5 psi and it cause them of course to be kind of balloon-y feeling when riding. I called them and told them I preferred the other style and had assued that was what I was getting, they said to bring it back up there and they would swap them out for me.. It is already done and I'm a happy camper !
