What is the length of a stock PDS motor?

What I'm looking for the the length from where the housing mounts to the differential to the backside of the endcap, not including any protrusions.
(As shown in the attached drawing)

The stock PDS motor I exploded is no longer in my possession, so I cannot measure it.

The diameter of cart motor housings is more or less fixed at about 6.7" since they all bolt up to the same differential, but the length isn't and in general terms, more torque is generated by physically larger windings with the same amount of current passing through them.

FWIW: The case length on the motor I'm running is roughly 9 3/4".

9 1/2 inches on the one I have on the bench. This is from the end of the case to the end of the sensor.

Looking for the length of the housing (case) from the front surface that bolts onto the differential to the flat surface on the back of the endcap the brushes and bearing are in, not including the sensor.

I'm going on memory, but I'm pretty sure the D&D motor I put in is was well over an inch longer than the stock PDS motor I pulled out.

I found a picture of my PDS motor installed and it was warm enough to venture outside for a while this afternoon (55°F), so I took some pictures of the D&D motor installed.

The distance between the motor/differential interface and the bottom of the label on the differential is the same distance in both pictures and I have the dimension specs for the D&D motor, so I loaded the pictures in MS Paint and got the X-Y coordinates for differential/motor interface, bottom of label and end of motor, and then did a little number crunching.

The D&D motor is ~9.75" and from what I can determine, the PDS motor was ~8.75", both measured from/to the same points, respectively.

The D&D sure seemed a lot more than an inch longer when putting it in.
