Default Series cart not moving

SPM 300amp controller on 36v. Drove it around my shop for a few weeks with no issue. Customer brings it back and says it wont go in reverse. I messed with the wires and Reverse worked. drove it about 300 ft and The F&R was hot as hell. I had a spare laying around and cleaned it up and installed it. Drove it for a few miles and touched all the connection and they werent warm at all. customer came back in today and said that it wont move at all after driving it a few miles yesterday. Controller has a green light and solenoid clicks. does this sound like the F&W is bad or motor. I wouldn't think a 300amp controller would burn up a regular F&W switch.

Looked at the code and it said Pre-charge failure. So I hope another resistor will fix the issue

Stock carts burn up F&Rs so why would you think a 300 amp couldn't allow customer to do the same?

Tell us about the cart. Big tires? Rear seat? used off road? Hilly terrain? Stock motor?

Lifted on 23's with rear seat. stock motor. north Florida not hills. Put the new pre-charge resistor in and worked fine. then went to go pull it in my shop this afternoon and nothing. Started throwing off the High throttle code so i put a brand new ITS in it and same code Same code i came up with when i first put this cart together. put an ITS out of another cart that had the same electronics and it worked and i put the bad its in the other cart and it worked. Thought that was kinda weird. figured out the reason why its throwing up the high throttle code was therde was a loose connection on the black wire coming from the ITS. Now its all fixed.
