There's a chance that one of your batteries is crashing under load. Time to bust out the DVM and take some voltage readings on each battery. Are you using a voltage converter on your cart or do you have the lights wired across a pair of batteries?

Have you had the lights and radio hooked up to same 2 batteries the entire time? If so, you need to rotate them to other batteries periodically so they will wear out as evenly as possible. Voltage reducer is best option. Pretty cheap and not too hard to install.

I added a 12v Aux battery. No more converter and lasts a long time just running lights and radio.
