A Yamaha has an awesome suspension and frame though too, I've secretly been thinking of getting one someday just to see what they're all about.

I actually owned a G9E with a bad controller once. I was very impressed by how sturdy the frame and suspension was, and just some of the design of the cart in general. Ever since that cart I've kinda had a secret plan to acquire a running one to see if I like it. I traded the one I owned for some parts to build my 93 CC.

mdaddyrabbit.....regardless of what MAKE you get.....before folks start throwing out suggestions, as there are different drive systems, and each is best suited for different uses. SO with that....what are you wanting the cart to be able to do? as in how or what is its intended use.....is the terrain where you are going to use it flat? hilly? neighborhood cruiser? hunting buggy? let us know these things and we can make a better informed suggestion.

Mostly around the yard on level ground with my 12 year old driving. Occasionally all three of us riding down the highway on asphalt.

All three have their good points.. What matters to you is availability of parts when needed and service if needed. Here EZ and CC are huge because their main plants are less than 20 miles away. Closest Yami dealer is about an hour away..

Well I broke crappy and bought one tonight! Get ready folks.....hope I made a good decision. I bought a 2009 Yamaha 48v with 2014 Trojan batteries. 3 month full warranty. It is so much faster than the Ezgo Marathon....I am amazed at the difference in carts. I know there is a lot of years between the 93 and this 2009 but I am so excited. My 12 year old is so happy!
