Default 8volt Bulldog bites me square on the...

My quest for 48volt has hit a snag.

New DPI battery charger - check
Change to 48v resistor - check
Purchase new batteries - check
Photograph layout to make sure layout - check
Remove, clean, and paint battery rack - check
Install new batteries - hold up

Did not pay attention to terminal layout on 8 volts. Cable length to short. Sadness.

Can't find layout for 6-8s if anyone has it. Looks like I need 5 cables. Ready to measure but wanna be sure I have em installed right. My google search skills must be off cause I had trouble locating.

Beautiful afternoon that deserves a cart ride unfortunately I had to push mine back n the shop.

the layout itself is the same..... + to -, + to -, + to -, etc. but you have found that the posts of the 6-8v (48v) pack are on the same side if the battery. This is not mine.....but you get the idea.

I have a 36v cart...but had the idea that I would be upgrading to 48v in the future so when I bought my set if cables from ScottyB, I bought a 48V set, which as you now know, a few of them are a bit longer. O would go out to my cart right now and measure them for you, but O am at work and won't get off for another 10 hours.

No prob. Just a quick trip out to the shop to measure. You'll LOVE the 48v upgrade.

Running the cables over the tops of the caps, not very convenient for checking battery water, especially with those multi-vent caps.
